When yoga was first introduced to me in 2013, as a sport meant to assist relieve stress from daily life and work. As I grew accustomed to doing yoga, I observed changes in many areas of my life, the most significant of which were my psychological condition and mood as well as my improved capacity for concentration and productivity at work. I made the decision to travel to India for my first annual vacation in order to learn more about this sport. As a result, I made the decision to devote 200 hours of academic time to attempting to understand the cause of its enormous power. This decision helped to illuminate a new direction for my life.
